Indian Fusion Charcuterie Board

Indian Fusion Charcuterie Board

I wanted to create something unique for the Rakhi occasion snacking, after thinking of few ideas decided to use my previous rakhi gift a beautiful charcuterie board :)

I usually try to visualize how do I want my dish and presentation to look and taste and then go from there on my journey to decide what all elements will be needed. This is all I had in mind:

  • I wanted it to have a 3-D effect so was sure I want some fruits like grapes, kiwi cut as a flower.
  • Look pretty colorful and have variety of Indian snacks which I loved when we were kid.
  • Indian Fusion
  • Savory & Sweet combination

These are all the things I added in my board:

  • Limited edition flavor Macaroons I got from Costco (Virgin Cocktail Flavor - Pina Colada, Mojito, Strawberry Daiquiri)
  • Karachi biscuits variety (my favorite indian cookies)
  • Fruits - Red Grapes, Kiwi, Strawberries, Blackberries
  • Potato snacks called CRAX (very nostalgic taste from childhood when I tried it)
  • Garlic Murukku
  • Peri Peri flavor roasted makhana
  • Spicy Cashews
  • Pirouline Wafers
  • Zucchini rolled up as flowers
  • Cheese
  • Nuts
  • Parle-G biscuits
  • Banana Chips
