Pomegranate Raita

If you are bored of boondi raita and dahi wada and looking for a refreshing yoghurt dish, go for this one, you will love it for sure. Pomegranate Raita has a very refreshing taste and I made it with 0% fat Greek Yoghurt which made it a very protein rich side dish, yon can use any yoghurt you prefer. I also added very little mint leaves also to it which added the extra refreshing flavor.

Instructions

    • Take out pomegranate kernels and keep them on side
    • Take yoghurt in a bowl (you can take any type of yoghurt just make sure it's not sour and also thick and not runny) mix it with black salt, red chilli pepper and pomegranate juice. Don't add any water.
    • Once it's mixed well, add pomegranate kernels (keep a few on side to garnish) and fine chopped 2 mint leaves (don't add too much otherwise it will get bitter in taste) (keep a few whole mint leaves on side to garnish)
    • That's it, serve it in bowl and garnish with cilantro, pomegranate kernels and whole mint leaves and Enjoy this refreshing raita !!
